You will need:
Banana Cupcakes
Banana Coconut Frosting
Toasted coconut
Banana candies
Green licorice
1. Pour the coconut into a small bowl. Dip frosted cupcakes into the coconut.
2. Overlap the banana candies or in the center to look like a bunch.
3. Cut a piece of green licorice and place it on top of the bananas to look like a stem.
You will need:

Banana Cupcakes
Vanilla Frosting
Green food coloring
Square candies
Small dot candies
Licorice
Larger candy dots
1. Divide the frosting into two bowls. Leave one half white and color the other half green with food coloring. Reserve a few tablespoons of frosting to use as glue.
2. Frost the top of the cupcake white from the center to 1/2-inch from the perimeter. Frost the 1/2" perimeter green.
3. Attach four square candies to create tiki heads. Attach smaller dot candies to candies to make faces.
4. Cut licorice a lay on the cupcakes a cross in the center. Using frosting as glue place a candy dot at the intersection point.
5. Push candy dots into the frosting around the perimeter of the cupcake.
You will need:

Blue food coloring
Green licorice
Blue colored sugar
Fruity cereal
Fish candy
Toothpicks
1. Color the frosting blue with food coloring.
2. Cut the licorice into 1 1/2-inch strips to look like seaweed. Stick the licorice into the cupcake in a circle about 1/2 inch from the perimeter.
3. Sprinkle colored sugar on the frosting on the outside of the seaweed circle.
4. Fill the center of the circle with fruity cereal to look like coral.
5. Stick a toothpick in the bottom of a fish candy. Place the fish in the center of the cupcake.

Alphabet cereal or candy

1. Divide the frosting into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one batch and blue food coloring to the other.
2. Frost the cupcakes one color in the center and the other around the perimeter.
3. Sprinkle with colored sugar.
4. Use alphabet cereal to write luau inspired words on cupcakes like ALOHA and HULA.
5. Using frosting as glue, place flower candies on top of larger dot candies.
You will need:
Piña colada or
Banana Cupcakes
Vanilla Frosting
Orange and blue food
coloring
Graham crackers, crushed
Blue colored sugar
White round candy
Paper umbrella
1. Divide the frosting into three bowls, two equal size batches, and one smaller batch. Keep the smallest batch white, and color the other two batches water blue and sand orange with food coloring.
2. Spread the blue frosting on half the cupcake. With a knife create peaks to look like waves. Spread the orange frosting on the other half. Create a hilly texture to look like sand. Dip a toothpick into white frosting and add whitecaps to the blue waves.
3. Sprinkle Graham crackers over orange frosting to give texture to the sand.
4. Sprinkle blue sugar over blue frosting to make the water sparkle.
5. Place a paper umbrella and a round candy ball on the beach.
You will need:
Piña colada, Seabreeze, or Banana Cupcakes
Vanilla Frosting
Orange and blue food
coloring
Graham crackers, crushed
Peanut halves
Square white candy
Round orange candy
Orange licorice
1. Divide the frosting into four bowls, two larger batches and two smaller batches. Color the two large batches light sky blue and sand orange. Keep one of the smaller batches white and color the other deep water blue.
2. Spread the orange frosting on one-third of the cupcake. Create a hilly texture to look like sand. Leave some space between the sand and sky and spread the light sky blue frosting on the top half to create the sky. Apply deep water blue frosting to the space in the middle. With a toothpick add white frosting to the tips of the waves to make whitecaps and to the sky to make clouds.
3. Sprinkle Graham crackers over orange frosting to texture the sand.
4. To make the sailboat place a peanut half in the cupcake on the water to look like the keel of the boat. Cut the white square candies into triangles to make the sails.
5. To make the sun place an orange candy in the sky. Cut orange licorice into small pieces to make the rays.
